Huge apartment, just outside of old City walls. Quiet at night, close to supermarket. Staff very helpful. Very well furnished, very modern.

The apartment had a great location just across the road from the entrance to the Piazza Della Libera. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a Cafe and laundrymat below the apartment complex. You can walk to a larger grocery store in five minutes or cross the street to the historical sights. There were a few basics for cooking and daily coffee which is appreciated when traveling with little.

A friend and I were on a bike ride and this was our second stop. The staff was great and offered some great suggestions for dinner. Great location, easy to access and very comfortable place to stay!

The apartment is very central and very comfortable. Attention to detail has been paid to everything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay (the extra coffee, croissants, jams, olive oil, etc were really appreciated). Would definitely start again.

The location is convenient, just off the Via Francigena and close to shopping and restaurants. A nice cake was waiting for us. The host told us where we could get a Via Francigena stamp. The kitchen is good for cooking a very simple meal. Comfortable bed.

Fantastic location with an incredible view to the Toscana landscape and vineyards. The apartment was very spacious and had all we could ask for - kitchen, wifi, great bathroom, parking.
Giovanna and her family were very welcoming and the service and helpfulness beyond expectations! We were even offered a winetasting onsite which was such a pleasure and genuine. I highly recommend to stay here and it is a perfect location to reach many closeby sites and beauty.

The flat was in the old center of town with a great view on the church and town palace. It was spacious, with high celling and very fresh in the summer heat. Very friendly, warm and talkative host Loretta take a good care of us. In the morning peace we heard just pigeons singing . Very nice experience, we"ll be back. Katarina & Brane
What an absolute delight to experience the Tuscan countryside and hospitality of Fabio and his family. We had excellent dinners at their restaurant, and regret not having time to extend our stay. The view from the rustic apartment is so soothing, and a night walk on the farm, was highlighted with 100's of fireflies. Thanks again for helping to sort out transportation problems!
Photos don’t do the location justice. This apartment is in one of the most beautiful parts of Tuscany. It was perfection. We highly recommend staying here!
We stayed in the 2 bed apartment which is pristine, comfortable, and central.
Parking was easy and free. We used Via dei Fossil on Gemma's excellent recommendation. Gemma also suggested La Botega Di Ines for a light lunch which was superb.
