The property provides everything for a good living. Nice, big enough and bright livingroom with tv, separated bedroom with a garderobe, enough space for storage, bathroom with nice shower and bathtub plus heater/air conditioner. You get a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (coffee capsules included), dishwasher, fridge, oven and so on. Even a bottle of water for the arrival, oil vinegar and salt/sugar was provided. Nothing special but nice to have. A washing machine is included as well. To get both the dishwasher and the washing machine working they will provide you anything you need. The owners are absolutely friendly and were available via WhatsApp all the time (even on 25/26.12 & 1.1). The check in process is so easy - everything is digitized. Absolutely recommend it.

The host was very sweet and friendly 🥰.She helpt me with choosing the right train station and she arrange a taxi pickup at the station. Also when we leaved, she helpt us with taxi. She was qvick to respond on my messages. She also find new pillows to us because we think the ones on the master bedroom was too hard. She was superb and very service minded 🥰🙏🏻. The property was lovely placed in the old town 😍. The Netflix was good, and the aircondition at all the rom worked well ☺️.

It is a beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by mountains. I spend a wonderful time there with my wife and daughters. A Casa di Carla have everything we needed and the hosts treated us like members of their own family, even the owner's cat was very friendly.
This place is about 15 minutes away from sea and city centre of Terracina. The house is well-maintained, clean and equipped with air conditioning, ideally suited for a longer stay.
We'll be happy to come back there next year!

Fabrizio was a very kind and gracious host with a lovely apartment. It was perfect for our little family and it was exactly what we needed for our weekend trip.
Very large, air-conditioned apartment. Quiet location, but easy to get to local bar/shop/pizzeria as well as the beach. Loved having the cycles freely available as we could get to beach and bar without driving. While the were lots of mosquitos, Orlando warned us and provided coils and internal and external zappers. That plus window screens meant they were not an issue.
This is my first time renting a house, so it's hard for me to compare this rental with others. But I can note that for a house with a patio, there is. There is parking, and convenient car check-in, there is a barbecue in the courtyard and a veranda with sun loungers and a large dining table. The house is clean and comfortable, there is all the furniture, everything worked and not broken.
Great location near a supermarket and 5 mins walk from the town centre. Comfortable and with all the facilities of an apartment. Owner was really nice and helpful with everything.
