Two lovely balconies in both our rooms with beautiful view. Staff was very accommodating when we visited in off season. Turned AC on for us even though it wasn’t very hot, server at breakfast was lovely. Everyone was very nice even with the little Italian we speak. Guilianova is a beautiful place!

I absolutely loved my stay in this holiday apartment! It is so nicely and thoughtfully done, very comfortable and has everything you need. It is discreet, nobody can really see and disturb you. The terrace is really great and the garden is beautiful. The location is just perfect - 5-10 mins from the beach, close to restaurants and if you want to climb the Montepagano hill - it's just around the corner. The hosts were super helpful and nice. I loved everything and wish I could come back!

The apartment was comfortable, modern and clean. We had microwave oven, inductive cooking plate, washing machine and dishwasher. The area of the facility is huge with a bio swimming pool and the horses of course. Staff is very friendly and helpful, children could ride the horse multiple times - otherwise they were enjoying the company of the many dogs, cats and horses. Seashore and shopping are in 5 km range. They also have a fantastic restaurant with local food.
This place is absolutely amazing! Our apartment was so comfortable, near the pool, with goergeous garten view. Restaurant served delicious burgers and every mornings caffe and something sweet to eat. Everybody in Villa Rosella were so kind and nice. Children are very welcome. Location -city Roseto is very nice too. Italien area Abruzzi supreased us with lot of oportunities to visit.
The apartment was perfect, comfortable, clean and in a great position. Daniela and her husband were great hosts…..it was a pleasure to spend time chatting with them. We will certainly return!
Beautiful apartments. Everything was very clean and prepare. The kitchen was well equipped and nice linens in the bedroom. Communication with the host was great. They waited up patiently when we arrived later than expected.
