The fridge had some things to eat (mainly breakfast) but also a bottle of wine. The host was very friendly and gave good recommendations about activities to do in the area. He knows the area very well so you can ask him about anything. The location of the property was amazing for us as it is very quiet and remote. But it still is only a 30 minute drive away from all the beautiful villages and La Spezia. The property has a small kitchen with a good induction plate, an oven and a microwave. Make sure to bring your own ingredients if you plan to arrive and cook dinner immediately, as the nearest supermarkets are a 30 minute drive. After we left, we left behind a watch and the host sent us a message quickly so we could still pick it up. We booked the place the day we were staying there, and it was no problem. The host also allows 1 day bookings. We regretted that we couldn’t stay longer!

Ten minutes drive from La Spezia. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped, we really felt at home there. It seems that the owner thought of every small detail, what made our stay really
convenient and warm.

The area was very quiet in the evening and morning, so it’s really nice to sit outside in the blacony.

MiraMare was on a beautiful and unique location, on top of hill. We had great views from our apartment to the sea and the room was spacious and handy. You had your own kitchen, where you could prepare breakfast to your liking. The staff was polite and friendly, we especially appreciated the help from Chris. Stunning location, the drive up there was an adventure in itself, but so much worth it! Francesca, the owner, was so friendly and took all the time needed to give us recommendations and explain all the different options to see as much as possible. The apartment was beyond expectations, so beautiful! And the surroundings were so peaceful, we almost didn't want to leave!
The owner is the best possible you can have. He was really helpful, providing us with valuable guidelines. The apartment is really cozy, with nice back garden.

Beautiful italian villa, you get the authentic experience without sacrificing the amenities. The apartment kitchen came equipped with pretty much everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast and light dinner. The host Francesca is a wonderful person, you really feel like a welcomed guest (she even gave us rides from/to the hotel twice while we still didn’t have a car)
Magnificent view from bedroom window / balcony. We spent evenings in bed eating and looking out of the window. The apartment is well equipped. The car has to be parked in front of the village, on the side of the road, some 300m should be walked by foot.
