We really enjoyed our stay in Appartamento Carino. The apartment is so cosy and it has everything, from personal hygiene products to washing soap, coffee, and so on.
The owner was very kind and friendly, she gave us a tour of the apartment and explained were to find different things in the flat. She also put herself available in case we needed some help.
In addition, the apartment is placed in a very strategic location, a very quiet area but close to one of the main shopping center in South Sardinia but also close to one of the main road that connects you to the entire island.
We definitely would like to come back here and stay in Appartamento Carino again😊

The apartment was spacious and clean. It felt like a normal flat. The most functional from all four apartments we booked on Sardinia. The owner was very welcoming and our children received a Christmas basket with sweets. There were a few nice details available, like jam, coffee, body lotion. The balcony is really large. The neighbourhood Is nothing special, a residential area. There are a few pizzerias within walking distance and a big supermarket Conad 3 minute ride. The flat has a convenient position for reaching Capo Carbonara, Costa Rei and local Poetto beach by car.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, all the amenities that we needed were in the apartment. Federica was a very helpful and caring host, in case we needed anything she would take care of any issues for us quickly. This apartment also has private parking.

The apartment was clean and is spacious. The surroundings are very calm. Ideal for couples with children. They have a children's area in forn of the apartment.
The location was ideal as it was out of the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to it to experience the culture. Loads of supermarkets nearby and the fact that there was plenty of parking available right in front of the property was really great. They also have a security gate at the front of the entrance to the building which was an added bonus. There was also an elevator in the building which made it easy to get luggage, groceries, and a wheelchair up to the apartment.
Apartment was really clean. So clean in fact it was worth noticing, which hardly ever happens. So the cleaning lady we met did her job really, really good and I advise the owner to hold on to her and credit her accordingly.
It was close to Cagliari and yet it was peaceful and nice. You have a nice place to sit outside in complete privacy. And the apartment itself is just beautiful. You have air conditioning in every room, which is very much needed and you have everything you need for a longer stay. It was great, we stayed there for 10 days and didn’t find a single thing wrong
The apartment was clean. 2 TV. I didn't expect to have the shower box with radio. Each bedroom had a balcony. Our son had his own room with door. No noisy neighbourhood. Very good place to relax.
