Loved this apartment on Via Pretoria. The shared living room is wonderfully appointed and was a respite as we had been on the go for a week. The two bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very well supplied and comfortable. The location could not be better- you have a front row seat to the main square and, as Via Pretoria is a pedestrian only street, a great people watching perch. You can find everything you need on Via Pretoria, the shopping, markets, and eateries are plentiful and the rhythm of life different from home.
Our host, Antonio, was fantastic - we had difficulty finding the parking garage and he hopped in the car to lead the way - he had procured our 5 day parking pass prior to our arrival and responded to my many questions with patience and good humor - the kitchen was stocked with wine when we arrived and he dropped off fresh cheese for us to try later in the week. Great host!
We took day trips in the area and found Potenza to be a good home base. We visited a Avigliano (family town) and went to the Chestnut Festival in Melfi. Great place to stay.

We were picked up at the bus station and taken to the apartment and given all the information we needed for our stay. The location was wonderful. A block from the pedestrian street, where shopping and restaurants are. We also had a complimentary breakfast near by. The

First of all, I appreciate the respectful behavior of the landlord (Gianluca). He is so supportive. The room is so clean, neat and also new. As I know, many hotels and apartments in Potenza are so old but it is a renew room.

Beautiful property, the studio is spacious and well decorated. In a great location right in the centre of town. The host was very helpful with organising a taxi and checked in during my stay. It was a lovely stay.
Wonderfully clean and new. This is a flat near the hospital in Potenza. The owner added en-suite bathrooms to each of the rooms and placed a master door on each of the 5 rooms. The building has an elevator and a common coffee and kitchen area. Room is equipped with a smart TV, AC mini-split unit, electric blinds, ample closet space, and a shower with excellent water pressure and boutique body wash and shampoo. Parking is available on-site. There is a gourmet restaurant on the first floor of the building.
Since I was staying in Potenza only to catch the train in the morning, I chose this condominium apartment because of its proximity to the station. But it was quite near the Marconi entrance to the escalators to the historic center. This apartment is a practical choice.
We really enjoyed a warm welcome and our short stay in Potenza. The apartment lets you experience how unusual the life on the steep hillside of the city is. We loved the view from the balcony. Perfect for a short stay.
