Our stay at Il Casale dei Nonni was nothing short of extraordinary—if it were possible, we’d give it 11 out of 10 stars! The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming. It shows they have put a lot of love and dedication in how they renovated the house. They provided us with a full refrigerator, and every detail in the apartment was perfectly thought out. The design and decor were perfect, reflecting both elegance and comfort. Nestled on top of a hill, the house offers breathtaking views of the stunning Marche landscape. This place truly felt like a home away from home. The only negative was that we could only stay for 1 night. Next time when driving south to Puglia we take some extra time to stay a bit longer at this picture perfect place.

The host was super kind as we forgot to notice arrival time and he waited us despite was friday evening and check in supposed to be upon appointment.

Loved everything. The location is easy for visits to Fermo and the surrounding area. We loved the views, enjoyed the peaceful tranquility, the host was amazing; welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were part of the family. Breakfast was heavenly, sitting out in the sun drinking the most delicious cappuccino and enjoying the tastiest of treats. Thanks to Samuele (and your wonderful wife who is also working in the background) for making us feel so welcome. It was hard to leave.

The apartment was clean and super comfortable. It had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. It also had all necessary facilities except WiFi (and it is stated on the page). The nearest beach was 8-10min walk and there we had a pair of sunbeds included in the reservation. The beach in Grottammare was clean, sandy and shallow.

The best accommodation in Italy! Everything is above and beyond, the apartment, the views, the hosts! I look forward returning sometime during summer, so I can enjoy the pool also :) totally recommend.
Nice rustic studio flat that is part of a characteristic house, definitely with character and immersed in the nature. Very quiet and peaceful and with everything you need for a short stay. It is pretty close to the center of Petritoli that is a very cute little medieval town. It's got a nice front terrace with a table and a sun bed, perfect to drink a glass of wine in the evening and relax.
The host actually left some wine for us in the fridge at our arrival.
Natasja and Mark are wonderful hosts. The apartment was super comfortable, with high-quality anemities, beautfully decorated, and had a super comfortable bed and a great shower. The view from our apartment was amazing. We also love their wine and the homemade jam. There is a super nice swimming pool with superb views to the Sibillini montains. Casafaro is very well located, 5 min by car from Petritoli that is a lovely place to visit and has some good options of restaurants.
