The hosts were great. Rafaela was extremely friendly, answered all our questions and helped in every possible way.
The apartment was spacious, renewed with nice taste, new equipment, well equipped kitchen (coffee machine with 6 capsules, plenty of tea, sugar and even honey!), closed area for private parking.
The bathroom was new as well, nice towels and shower.

What a fantastic apartment and location! Anyone who is interested in the Italian Rivera should look at this place. It's up in the hills, away from the crowds and noise, but close enough to walk to City Center and the beach.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Our flat was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The checkin was nice and smooth as Paul and Lyn provided all the information we needed before our arrival. Parking was also easy to find and we managed to park near the property. We absolutely loved our stay in perinaldo and would love to come back.
Very cozy apartment with fantastic views from the balcony. The place was clean, well-organised and very quiet. In addition, you can use the kitchen which was well-equipped with everything you may need. We'll definitely stay here again next time!
Both the village and the apartment were great. The view from the window is truly marvelous.
