We booked this apartment for a family of 5. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a big kitchen, living room. Everything was clean, nice and modern. Bathrooms are spacious. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds and air cons, which is perfect for summer days. The area is very quiet and there is a bar across the street where you can have coffee in the morning to get the local vibe. It was easy to find the parking for our car. We really liked the stay. Everyone got a very good rest.

The pool area and the grounds are stunning. Views are incredible. Everything is kept spotless. The hosts are on hand for help if needed. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Despite many guests staying, it never felt busy.

I can report very positive things. We stayed there for four days with 5 people.
Otherwise everything was great - the accommodation is actually the "closest possible" point to the sea. Only a narrow, idyllic strip of pine forest separates the beach and had to be crossed. About 3-5 minutes walking time. Afterwards you are directly on a clean, public beach, really clean water with a wonderful view. To the left and right of it there are beach clubs with loungers, umbrellas and a restaurant if someone prefers that. The pool in the Apartment complex, including good loungers, is also great, everything is very well maintained. You can actually see that in the whole complex, it's really well maintained. Best Italian coffee, good croissants there.. Almost at cost price and really made with love. In the immediate vicinity there are countless Italian restaurants, world-class food, like the Pizzeria Il Tempi... Ask the chief there for the best Restaurants - Great, and really cheap... Personally, I really enjoyed the friendly, courteous service from the boss, just a quick free coffee.....Thank you man. ..👌🇮🇹❤️

Great beach. The small pool had no shelter and no bar or food. There were a lot of ants. The room (apartments) was a bit dated. The water in the shower was hot / cold / hot / cold. The bed was comfortable. The hotel looked beautiful. The restaurant did not have a lot of variety if you didn’t like fish. The staff on check out did not even ask us if we enjoyed our stay.
We had a great relaxing stay here. The pool area was fantastic, clean and well maintained. It is set in beautiful gardens with fruit( limes, pomgranates, lemons, kiwis, figs) and palm trees. Spacious apartment with a big balcony, outdoor table and deck chairs. Very clean . Stefano, the owner, was very friendly.He and his wife were welcoming us in the middle of the night, as our flight was delayed.

We were two families with kids and took two apartments, connected by a balcony. The balcony was huge, perfect for breakfast or dinner, and children could play around. Rooms were big enough too and the pool with the water from a spring was nice!
The host was extremely helpful, he met us at 2 AM personally and was available throughout the whole stay. The apartment was lovely, and clean, had all the needs, and had two balconies, so you can always find one without sun ;-)

The location of this property is ideally located about a 20-30 min walk to the Archeological site, and just a few minutes to the beach. Luisa went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. If you plan to visit Paestum, which I would highly recommend, definitely stay at Luli Holidays!
