The property was in a great location less than 100 meters from Main Street in montefalco. It is right next to a lovely authentic church.
The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco.
It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days.
Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls.

A flexible host, a spacious, clean apartment on three levels (small hall on the bottom, kitchen and dining/living room on the next, bedrooms and bathroom on the top. You walk through the big bedroom to get to the bathroom small bedroom. We stayed an extra day because of the very hot weather and enjoyed every minute of it.
Comfortable studio with good aircon. Hosts lovely and short walk to local restaurant and Fonte sala where I was attending a wedding. Probably best if you have a hire car to explore.

We loved our stay. Barbera was so kind and her apartment is right in the historic center with lovely views over the valley. The decor was beautiful and a luxury and breakfast was delicious. A great place to explore the Montefalco wine region. It was easy to drive close to the apartment to drop off your bags and park near by. As most places in historic center lodging...be prepared for some stairs. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment. We hope to visit again soon.
Super cute and a short drive/vigorous walk to the town of Montefalco. Olive groves surround the property and there can sometimes be seen horses grazing there. Apparently at some times of the year you can actually help with the farm work. It was a great base for our explorations of the hill towns of Umbria. We booked the apartment with the kitchen, it had a great view and there is a fantastic butcher just up the road for all your food needs. The owner's father is extremely nice.
This apartment is in a prime location, on the main piazza. The view is of the piazza, and all of the wonderful, busy daily life of the locals and tourists, but the apartment is quiet and serene. The decor is tasteful and comfortable.
Riccardo communicated efficiently via whatsapp and met us in person to hand us the key and show us the apartment. The apartment is beautifully renovated and super clean. Very comfortable and quiet in a convenient location within the walls of Montefalco.
