Amazed to find NetFlix on the TV for our use which was very welcome as the December weather was appalling. Very clean, spacious apartment with coffee machine etc. Great views over the sea. And no problems with the dogs.

Very nice attic, huge space and modern furniture. Very clean, nice and well organized. If I have to give a suggestion, I would leave just a little bit of essentials (sugar, oil, salt) in the kitchen ;-). But there were some coffe cap for the machine, and it is very important!;-)

We often stop in Montemarciano on the way back to England and this was one of our best experience.
Easy communication, very pet friendly (and we did not have to pay the usual extra), breakfast included at a local bar, nice flat with all facilities and very clean.
We will be back if available.

The apartment was wonderful, had everything you may need, a big bathroom, a comfortable bed and a comfortable kitchen.

Very stylish, clean, cozy, everything new and functioning. Spacious and beautiful bathroom. Parking right at the front door. Very friendly and helpful host. We booked the apartment just a few hours before arrival and got fast response. Groceries within walking distance. The host did not speak English, but we still could understand each other and everything was easy.
We spent a couple of days in this apartment in July and it was just perfect! The apartment has a beautiful location right by the beach and the host Marta is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very well outfitted and clean and suits the needs of a stay by the seaside. The terrace has a wonderful view of the coastline. We would love to come back someday.
