Villa Graziella is a perfect spot to stay if you are looking to relax with your loved ones. The pool is simply outstanding and in an impeccable state. You book the top floor of the house. It has two large rooms - our twins loved the bunk beds - and a basic bathing room and kitchen that will do the trick. It also has a spatious terrace that looks over the scenery and the pool and is perfect to eat and chill when the kids go to sleep. Sandro, the host living downstairs with his wife, is very thoughtful of your privacy. Villa Graziella is located very close to shops (5') and several cities to visit and have dinner (30'). Lake Trasimeno is also only 30 minutes away (visit Castiglione del Lago). If you have kids, you also have a Laguna resort to switch things up (15'). We really liked the central location. Wifi and TV with Netflix (in the kitchen) worked perfectly. The price you pay is certainly correct for what you receive.

Location is amazing, in the heart of this cute town, lake view and access to numerous restaurants, both in main square and lakeside. Bed is comfortable. wifi worked very well, including on balcony. we appreciated bottle of water left for us, coffee machine and some basics in the kitchen. The Owner was OK with us leaving our luggage at the apartment an hour before, which we very much appreciated, so we could at least go have lunch or walk around, whilst cleaners were cleaning for that hour (though they left our luggage on the landing after they finished, and shut apartment door, instead of inside the apartment itself, so technically, anyone who gained entrance into the building could have walked away with it). Passignano is an amazing town, locals are kind, and they have disproportionate number of excellently rated, good value for money, places to eat all on Seaview's doorstep (eg Osteria Cuore di Mamma).

I really loved the hosts Manuel and Silvio - thank you for such a warm welcome! The house is amazing, it is not smth built for rental purposes, it is a real family home & we felt it in every corner - could easily imagine to be living there. The views from huge windows in the morning, big garden very well equipped to enjoy the breakfast or any other stay outside, very calm & relaxed location, kitchen had everything you need, very spacious and clean home. Just loved it and would go back any time!
