Great location (3min walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the beach and city centre), locked parking space, outdoor seating and laundry drying lines just outside the door), comfortable queen size bed, lots of storage room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower cubicle, very efficient air conditioning, the owner lives not far away and speaks good English, the owner’s mother lives in the same building upstairs, owner easily reachable by what’s up.

The apartment is well located, well equipped and optimized! I only stayed for one night but for a longer stay, you can use the closet in the bedroom to unpack your suitcases, and feel more at home, even on vacation! The condiments (olive oil sachets, coffee and teas, etc.) available on arrival are much appreciated, until you're able to run a few errands. Finally, Ivan's mother, Silvana, welcomed me and was very hospitable, a pleasant experience!

The apartment and hosts were amazing. The best thing was the air-conditioning and that most windows had mosquito nets, so we had no troubles with mosquitos. The terrace and view are amazing. The hosts were super nice, responsive and caring. Highly recommend. We would definitely come back here.

Excellent location if you are choosing Levanto for comuting into Cinque Terre. Train station is in walking distance, but the beach and markets and restaurants are a bit farther away. Not an issue though if you are on holiday and not really in a hurry :) Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the only thing missing was the AC but we were aware beforehand, so no major issue. Giulia was very kind to us and hopefully she did not have any issues upon our very early departure.

The flat had a well-equipped kitchen and despite being in the eaves of the apartment block it was very cool thanks to the air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and all was spotlessly clean. The host (Natalie) was helpful and lovely! She lives downstairs.

We were allowed to leave our car free-of-charge at the property for 36 hours, although website suggested 24 hrs. It would have cost €24 elsewhere for second day. Very helpful Moroccan man met us to show us how to open car park barrier and to get into apartment. Self catering so no breakfast. Very clean property, sofa bed reasonably comfortable. Train station nearby.

This is an apartment that has been renovated to be three en-suite rooms. Up a steep stairs but only one flight. The room is nicer than the photos appear. Very convenient location 5 mins walk from the train (but the station is uphill, this is the Ligurian coast! It’s hilly!) Easy flat walk into the village and beach.

The apartment was close to the station. There’s a supermarket nearby and it’s a short walk to the centre of town. We had a small kitchen so did not take advantage of the breakfast option but if it was as good as our studio it would have been excellent. The host, Lucca is very attentive and always available to share information on the area. Levanto is a destination in itself, the added attraction of Bonassola and the Cinque Terre is a bonus

Fabulous spacious self catering apartment near the beach and only 10 minute walk from train station. Communication from host was very good by whatsapp, and we were met at the apartment . Such a spacious apartment with all the facilities you need, great kitchen, great shower, and loads of relaxing space and a balcony. There was a lift also up to the apartment. We enjoyed staying in this spacious apartment with two bedrooms. It is fully equipped (oven, washing machine, smart TV, etc.) The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and generous. It felt like staying at family yet in a separate, private flat.

Modern apartment, the location was fantastic, a few minutes walk into town and the beach and the agency where you collect/drop off the keys. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Very light and airy in the living area/kitchen. The sleeping quarters (downstairs) were extremely spacious, bathrooms again were spotlessly clean. At check-in we were provided with a plug-in wifi device (at no extra charge) which worked fine.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was very close to the train station so we could take the train to cinque terre and the Levanto bar was a good place for breakfast near the apartment. We particularly appreciated Giancarlo, the owner who provided us with all the useful info for the cinque terre train and boats and also for bike rentals. Aver-all it was a great value for money! And Levanto was a wonderfull village to stay. hot tip: the bike ride from Levanto to Bonassola was wonderful!

We had the penthouse apartment and the view from the terrace was exceptional (sea view in the dustance with the old town in front of you and the churches, castle and medieval walls added to the enchantment. The flat was very spacious with 2 large bathrooms and all required facilities. The decor was very elegant.
