The room was spacious and clean. There was good isolation to the traffic outside. The location next to the waterfalls was good.
The communication with the owners was quick and good, although we didn’t meet them personally.

Fabulous! I won't spoil the surprise. Just go and enjoy Palmira House. My partner and I had great fun staying there and can't wait to go again. Technical bits: comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen (we cooked a lot). Beautiful decor. Warm and welcoming. Third floor with lift access (but small staircase on ground floor). Very good location in city centre. The house was very clean & comfortable. My husband and I travelled there by car with our cat & our dog! We stayed for Christmas week & it was the perfect self catering holiday cottage, we hiked in new locations each day & relaxed with home cooking every evening. The host, Simona was very kind & she even delivered wood & showed us how to operate the heating!

We made a last minute booking and our host replied right away with detailed info on the apartment. Self- checkin was super easy, and parking right around the back of the building. The location was perfect, right on the main road (a road that is motorcycle mecca! And we are bikers) but very quiet, we slept like logs! We will be back!

Great location to walk to the falls and park. There was a lot of room for our family of 5 to spread out in the apartment. We received a warm welcome from the host and her family. The town is peaceful and we enjoyed the hospitality of the local businesses. We highly recommend this quiet apartment to enjoy a restful stay.
The apartment was really clean and very close to the waterfalls. The owner has been very kind to us and very very helpful. I recommend it (in summer time though)
