MiraMare was on a beautiful and unique location, on top of hill. We had great views from our apartment to the sea and the room was spacious and handy. You had your own kitchen, where you could prepare breakfast to your liking. The staff was polite and friendly, we especially appreciated the help from Chris. We loved the location, we could explore La Spezia and also be at the train station in ten minutes.
If you stay here, you must visit ‘La Pia’ (two minutes walk away) for a traditional Italian meal/experience. There’s also an amazing bakery just a few doors up from the apartment.

The apartment was fabulous, light, contemporary, comfortable, well equipped and well furnished. Great to have a comfortable sofa to relax on, and a comfortable bed to sleep in. The shower room was great, contemporary, good towels and the basket of toiletries are a great touch and much appreciated. The apartment was spotless. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. It has a nice garden. In the back of the garden there is a room for washing machine. The apartment is spacious, with air conditioning and all necessary equipment. The owner is communicative and very helpful. There was no problem, although we arrived late due to dog problems and lost the keys on the last day.
The apartment has a new renovation. It is ideally equipped. The owner is super. We recommend it. The house is not front, on the second line. It’s quiet. Windows overlook the olive garden. If you look through the window in the roof you can see the sea. No elevator, top floor, it was not a problem for us. Beautiful places are around, not far by car.
The host gave us the details on how to get from La Spezia central station to Le Grazie, he received us with complimentary wine and foccacia and showed us the apartment. The location is fantastic far from the crowd, good restaurants, cafes, supermarket and bakery walking distance from the place.
