Great place and clean, close to Pisa/Lucca/Florence. We were family of 4 and enough space in the 2 rooms upstairs for sleeping. We stayed 2 nights and highly recommend the place. Place was warm although it was fairly cold overnight.

Our stay at Tonnaia, was anything but amazing. The host Giulia was beyond accommodating, we called to ask for local babysitters for our 2 months old son to go out for a few hours to enjoy Andrea Bocelli's concert. She was the kindest to offer to watch him herself. Her energy and her kind heart when we meet put us at ease to enjoy a few hours away and to enjoy the concert in calm. The apartment's cleaniness was top and we had all we needed. We will definitely return.
We stayed in apartment 7 and the photos provided were accurate. The villa was lovely, modern, had all the necessities, but felt comfortable too. Parking was so easy - it's an off-road lot that felt secure and was just a few hundred feet to the entrance of the house.

The localization gives you a lot of privacy, but if you need something or want to travel, you will have no problem reaching certain places by car. Pisa is 30 minutes away, Florence - about 1 hour away, and the closest supermarket is 5 minutes away :)
Catrina at the front reception was so nice and arranged everything we needed! She ordered us taxis and arranged a Vespa rental she was super nice! Shout out to concela (spelled that wrong) for an awesome yoga class on the roof!
