The location was fantastic! 6 minute walk to the beach. The airbnb exceeded our expectations as it had a beautiful patio space and rooftop terrace where you can see views of the beach. Our host Angy also met us at the AirBnb so that we could check in earlier.

We had a fantastic stay! Ylenia was incredibly helpful, always responding to my messages quickly and ensuring everything was in order. She even organized a convenient shuttle to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect too – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a supermarket within walking distance for all necessities. Highly recommend staying here!

The beach was beautiful. The area no restaurants opened, no internet till we asked, no book instructions of attractions or meals to purchase, no water in refrigerator. No contact from owner till our taxi cab reached her. Didnt speak English. Metal doors and windows no instructions till our key got stuck in door and son came over to show us how to open metal windows/door. And take key out of key hole,.
We will not return there again.

We only spent one night, so we did not really use the apartment except for sleeping. The bed was comfortable. The apartment seemed stuffy. The kitchen was sparsely equipped.
There was no kettle. When I asked the owner, she replied that "people keep breaking them, so use a pan to boil water." However, she was very helpful overall with instructions on entering the apartment ( code for gate to complex, code to get into building and code for lockbox to find apartment key), and we were lucky that a neighbor on the floor above helped us, otherwise I think it would have been a little difficult to get in. The owner was also very helpful with instructions on getting to and from the airport. It is a short walk to the local station , one stop on the FL1 train. The cost is high, the same as going all the way from Rome to the airport. She kindly ordered us a taxi to get to Ostia Antica from the apartment. About 35 Euros, but well worth the visit on our last afternoon in Italy before a morning flight back to the USA.

The apartment is only 10 minutes from the airport, but in a real neighborhood with many good restaurants. Guiseppe was a great host. Very responsive and flexible. Picked us up and took us to the airport. Gave us many recommendations and insights as well.

Cristiana and her husband were very nice! He even help us carry our luggage on the day of our check out. The place is very near to a lot of restaurants, grocery store and FCO airport.
