MiraMare was on a beautiful and unique location, on top of hill. We had great views from our apartment to the sea and the room was spacious and handy. You had your own kitchen, where you could prepare breakfast to your liking. The staff was polite and friendly, we especially appreciated the help from Chris. He helped us find nice restaurants and locations near by La Spezia to visit.

We loved the location, we could explore La Spezia and also be at the train station in ten minutes.
If you stay here, you must visit ‘La Pia’ (two minutes walk away) for a traditional Italian meal/experience. There’s also an amazing bakery just a few doors up from the apartment.

The apartment was super clean, comfortable and with a beautiful seaview. Manager was a realy nice person and he communicated well. We loved the place and defenitely will recommend apartment for those who are not afraid of stairs. Parking place for the car is around 100m from the apattment, worked well for us.

The apartment is new , stylish , very comfortable , equipped with everything you need . The location is excellent , 2 minutes to busstop and the parking house which was free for us .There is a supermarket in the basement and bars, restaurants, beach nearby. The view is amazing from the terrace . We received a lot of useful information from the owner Gianna .Davide was waiting for us , giving the key , the parking card and kindly helped us with all the information about the flat and everything. We highly recommend this apartment .
Absolutely wonderful two storey flat on a top of the hill. A sight from windows is more than breathtaking. Rossana is one of the most hospitable hosts I have ever seen. Everything is new and originaly designed in a flat. Highly recommended!

Greta and Mirca were so very welcoming and provided detailed answers to all our questions. The view and location of the apartment are AMAZING!!! Lovely local supermarket very nearby selling delicious foods for lunch (meats, tarts, cheeses, focaccia, fresh fruit and veg etc) as well as local bus tickets. Amazing fruit trees at the property. So it's not a room in an BnB, rather it's like a studio apartment in a small building. Love the view, the location, the small seating nook outside, the changing colour lamp, the-everything-purple. Coffee machine and biscuits much appreciated. The host was very friendly. Spacious parking with a view.
