Very spacious, comfortable and clean property. Had every necessary utilities, great location close to city centre and train station . Host was very kind and responding quickly.
I even forgot my AirPods and the host was kind enough to send them to me by post without even wanting refund for the delivery cost. Lovely and honest people. I definitely recommend and will book again when travelling there .

The apartment is wonderful and had everything we needed. It's situated really centrally and we could park right outside, at very little cost. Absolutely fabulous and we hope to come back again!
A wonderful place with a spectacular view! Not only from the pool or terrace but also from the inside. We spent 10 days at Podere Mantignano and never got tired of watching the sunsets and the twinkling lights in the evenings or the various formations of clouds over the landscape during daytime. The apartment is well equipped and not only beautifully designed but also comfy. We highly recommend to escape from real life for several days at Podere Mantignano.
Only challenge: To climb up the home mountain’s slightly adventurous road.
The location & setting of the property is gorgeous. We particularly loved seeing the peacocks roaming around. The split level apartment we had had all the items you needed and the bed & sofa was comfy (plus the cot provided was decent too for a change!). The pool area was clean and had nice loungers & parasols. The breakfast was tasty (excellent coffee!) but had very minimal options.
The host was always very attentive, breakfast was very good, and we also had two excellent dinners at a more than reasonable price. The furniture, furnishings, artwork and little attentions to detail, throughout the villa, were very stylish and appreciated. We really enjoyed our short stay.
The location is beautiful in a calm area in the country side. The swimming pool is absolutely awesome, huge and at a perfect temperature. We stayed almost 4 hours in the pool with the family.
The restaurant is great and serving delicious food.
It's a perfect place for a short stay like us on our way to Switzerland from Salento.
Have stayed in many places all over Italy, and without doubt, Simona and Carlo were the most generous, considerate and caring hosts I have experienced. The apartment is quirky and interesting, with great bathroom and lovely comfy bed. And a fantastic position in the heart of this delightful little city.
The suite of rooms - private bathroom, kitchenette/ sitting area and bedroom - is part of a beautiful apartment in an old house in the centre of Faenza which is a lovely old town.
Simona, my hostess, has filled it with cats and a spectacular collection of art and ceramics, some of the latter made by herself. She herself is absolutely lovely - always wanting to help but never intrusive. It was great to meet and talk with her. Will definitely be back.
