Perfect. As described and seen in photos. High spec and tasteful furnishing. Nice unexpected touches like guides books, washing machine, spare bedding, snacks and coffee, etc. We were visiting family nearby and San Sperate is a great location; decent restaurants and cafes, close to Cagliari, and good links for driving around Sardinia.
