The apartment is huge. The location is excellent - waterfront, 1-2 min walking to the ferry terminal, 5-6 min to the train station. restaurants are everywhere, smallish supermarket 2 min walking. Air-condition worked well.

Colico is a great town to stay in to avoid the crowds of the southern part of the Lake. Beautiful mountain vistas and great food.
Totally new apartment. It is in the city center, next to the main road, but it was not noisy. Everything was close, restaurants, bars, shops. Parking easy to find on the street. Beautiful view on the mountains. Lift on the building, so easy to get flat on 2nd flor. Kitchen well equipped. Very good contact with owner, reaction on every our question was immediate.
Excellent choice for short stay in Como Lake - Varenna before Tirano - Bernina express. Location next to the railway station (distance less than 100 m) but very quiet. Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.
Our Stay was perfect! The apartment was clean and has everything you need for couple of days. The location is great, 3 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the center/all the restaurants. The pool was great, big and clean. Our dog was allowed to walk around the garden. The owners were very friendly and flexibel! We would definitely stay there again if we return to logo the como.
Eleonora was an exceptionally great host! Everything was very well thought out from the time when we were about to arrive till the time we left the apartment. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, the entire apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities, especially breakfast, at 6 Euros was really a treat!
Will definitely 100% go back the next time when we visit Lake Como!
