The property was very modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything nesessary for a great stay was available, including kitchen utensils, coffee machine, washing machine, beach umbrella. The bathroom and the whole apartment were nicely spacious. Wifi with good speed. And the host was really nice, good communication, answered quickly to our questions and gave reccommendations. Thank you, Jay! Location of the property was also perfect, grocery nearby and some of the beaches in a walking distance (important for us since we haven't rented a car). We arrived earlier than was official check-in time, talked to host and he afforded us earlier check-in. Highly reccommended!

It can be difficult to find the exact location, but the owner gave us actual video of driving to the place, so we arrived without any problems. The place looks brand new and is a great base to explore Chia and surroundings on your own.

Apartments are well equipped and have every basic stuff you need. Great for those who makes their breakfast by themselves. As a good bonus - always nice to spot a coffee box on the shelf.
Despite that house situated around 1.5 km from the nearest beach it is easy to walk (autumn season). Also great access by car to any coast areas within 30 km around. It is 10 min walk to the supermarket and great restaurant.
House located on the side road, so almost no noise during day&night. Towels for bath, bed linen and soap were provided. Everything was clean.

Clean, spacious property set up beautifully. We used it as more than just a base to explore the stunning area; we also sat about in the flat and in the garden and just relaxed.
The neighbourhood was quiet, and had a supermarket and several nice eateries on its doorstep, with the main town centre a short stroll away.
We also appreciated the prompt responses from the hosts, and that when we arrived hot and dusty (overdressed as we were coming from the cold UK), they allowed us to check in an hour early at no extra charge.

A nice apartment on a hill with beautiful sea view. The host was also very nice and responsive. The road leading to it is a a winding road uphill, so need a car, and there are some stairs inside the apartment. A well-stocked kitchen, an ac in every bedroom. We had a good stay. A cleaner floor and fridge would be nice, but otherwise we liked everything.
Helpful hosts, really nice apartment, the nicest we had in Sardinia. Well equipped kitchen, clean rooms and bathroom we even got some laundry soap. It was a bit in middle of nowhere so you should remember about it. For us it was fine, because we wanted comfy place for staying there several days and we got it.
The atmosphere of the apartment is great, the apartment is well equipped and the communication with the owners is very very very good! Thank you very much.

The bedrooms in the basement are very cool, no air conditioning is needed, not even in the hottest part of July. The house is really well insulated.

The apartment featured two kitchens and two bathrooms. It’s equipped with almost everything you can imagine, especially the kitchens.
The closest beach is excellent, felt like in the Caribbean Sea. Sandy, but great for snorkeling as well. There are flamingos, too.
The apartment was spacious. The terrace with the view was great. The location itself was not bad, it was pretty quiet and good for relaxing. There was ample parking which is a big bonus. Sardinia is awesome and I will come back just not to this apartment.
