Very comfortable apartment, we loved it. It is super clean, and we had all what we need, comfortable beds, air conditioning, balcony, wifi, etc... The airport and the train line are near, but they aren't disturbing at all, we have slept well. Towels and bedsheets are provided too. Elena is very helpful. Cervignano del Friuli is a lovely town, you can reach Udine, Aquileia, Grado, Trieste fast and easy even by bus or train. (train station and bus stop is in 15 min walk from the apartment)

The app is an absolut favorit. Very quit and huge. Confortable with everithing you need. Host was very friendly. Free parking is 50m away as well as restaurant, hotel, shop. Nice piazza with bridge and charming canal with boats. Very close, 10 minutes walk to historical center, museum, basilica, etc. A dock for boat connection to Grado is 400m away. This is a must go for those who want to experience nature and Grado laguna. Buy a FVGcard.

It was very clean, organized. Elena was very nice, communication was excellent. The apartment is very modern and well equipped. The location is great just a short drive to Udine or to the beach. Parking is very good and free.
I liked everyrhing. The apartment is completely equiped for a normal life, not just a vacation. Parking is free and directly in front of the building - you can see your car from the window. Full of natural light, calm street, great location for taking roadtrips around. Great wi-fi, smart tv so kids can watch cartoons on youtube, air condition, big kitchen, ... communication with the host went smooth. I highly recommend it.
the whole apartment is well equipped, especially the efficient gas heating for November. And the furnitures are very homey feeling, plus a bath tub. landlord was waiting for us, and explained everything to us, there were also cookies available. parking directly next to house door, very comfortable to stay.
