Completely everything was perfect: every detail of the apartment is chosen with a perfect taste of design, everything is very comfortable, the rooms are large and full of natural light, even the bathroom has a large window. The apartment is with beautiful view. Beds are comfortable, beautiful shower and nice design rooms. It was self check in, so we could arrive in comfortable time for us. Clean apartment. Very good communication with the host.
Great base to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Carrara marble mountains, Portofino, etc! Its a new build with modern facilities and a great balcony with fabulous views. We had the top floor room which was huge with a TV lounge and small kitchenette (there was an apartment downstairs with full kitchen). Veronica was a fabulous hostess, she helped us heaps with our daily planning and English was excellent. We also enjoyed meeting her Mum. Breakfast was 5* and plentiful!
My family and I came for a vacation and stayed at Fabio's place. He is a very hospitable host, the apartment has absolutely everything you need. We only bought personal hygiene products. There is also a small free parking near the house. It's very convenient. When checking into the apartment, Fabio gave us some useful tips. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. With a great pleasure i can recommend this place.
