Really nice apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea and stromboli in the distance. Very good location, only 6min walk from the beach (but a steep-ish hill, so up was a bit longer 😅) and the sea is just so clear! I've never seen the sea as clear as a swmming pool before. It does have some pebbles as you go into the water, so bring water shoes! The apartment itself is very clean, has a big fridge / freezer, 2 gas stoves, comfortable beds and a/c. Also the parking area has a sun cover, which is so good considering it was sunny each day we were there. They also have a bbq in the garden, but we have not used it. Latizia is also super helpful and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Spacious appartment with a big and well-equipped kitchen and some epic views. You can watch the sun set behind Stromboli directly from your porch, or even the kitchen table, because the kitchen wall is basically one big window. The owners are great people, very friendly and helpful. Really made us feel welcome. They are living in the house, so it's easy to reach them. The house and garden are well kept, you can see that the owners love it there. And although it's a little secluded, it's not far to some good restaurants, as well as the beach. Overall a great experience.

Back to basics. Great self catering apartment, site is quiet, pool is clean and never busy. Staff were amazing and helpful. Definitely going to miss the croissants from the bar in the morning. The view of stromboli is beautiful. Free veg is available from the on site allotment if they have excess.

The location was incredible on top of a headland overlooking the coast and Capo Vaticano. The view from the room was incredible and also a great view from the pool and restaurant. The hotel has a beautiful private beach and also a pool. Breakfast was very nice and the food and the restaurant is good. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere relaxing and away from large crowds of tourists.

Unfortuntely upon arrival there was no signage as to where you were to go nor where the reception was located. Booked "studio" room but far from it - set up high on a hill [do not recommend for anyone with mobility issues] View was obstructed. Breakfast and service good. Booked with free wi-fi throughout - this did not exist. In fact we only got wifi on our 2nd day and only at the Bar area most inconvenient as we conduct a business and had to pay for extra data. The beach was excellent and so was the pool.
The apartment is very large and the beds are quite comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen. I appreciated very much that coffee was provided by the owners. Communication with the owners was very easy as well. We also enjoyed great views from the terrace. There are some good restaurants not too far from the property.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Getting the keys was very easy. Good location near the beach. Highly recommended! The apartment has everything we could need. There is a beautiful beach within a 5-minute walk, and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. Large car parking behind the fence. Lovely and clean swimming pool for guests. The property is new, everything is very beautiful and it is very pleasant to be there. We'll definitely be back!
It is a nice place and the view is really fantastic. The apartment has everything needed but the kitchen were missing equipment like a good knife, grater etc It is a little difficult to find but Davide was very helpful and we finally found it.
The pool is probably nice if you are a family with children but it’s not clean and the temperature of the water was too high. We preferred the beaches in the area which are amazing!
It’s our first time in Calabria as a big family. The apartment and our host are just amazing! I participated in a diving course and finished one the day of checkout. Francesco is so kind he let us check out later than the usual checkout time. My wife really wants to stay for another day but unluckily our hotel in Lamezia cannot be cancelled. Will definitely come back in the future. Recommend this apartment for every one visiting capo Vaticano.
