Everything was spot on.
Flat was immaculate. Bed, linen, facilities were all you could possibly want.

The apartment is great, and it has all necessary stuff, like kitchen stuff, etc. The balcony is very big and has a great view. It is also very clean, and the owners are very responsive and helpful.

The interior of the house is more modern than most Italian rental options. The house was very clean and the agency is professional and easy to communicate with. The location is fine if you go by car to Marina di Campo (finding a parking spot there is however a challenge most times a day).
Apartment right in the heart of a mountain village. Good size for two people. Nice views from the many windows. Well-equipped kitchen. Free parking available in the village (small walk away, not directly at the apartment). Check-in via key in lockbox went flawlessly.
The village is lovely and we were excited to live in one of the typical Italian houses. The view from the bedroom is very nice too. The flat is OK and newly furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped.
