Most we liked Maria, she's a really kind woman. Like going to your aunt's house for a vacation, really familiar and warm. A very tastefully furnished studio apartment with a full kitchen. A nice big king bed and a sofa . A six seater dining table. Enough Space to move around . I was able to make breakfast and a full meal before leaving for the day's drive.
The owners are extremely helpful and accomodating . We got very late reaching and the owner's brother who communicates in English waited for us to settle us in.
It is a converted garage perhaps big so well done indeed. The bathroom was classy and stylish too.
Not right inside Marsala but with a car it doesn't matter.
The parking is safely inside their premises walls and at your door step.
They were very relaxed about check out too .

We booked the property at the last moment because of an issue with another one. The owners were waiting for us out front with huge smiles to welcome us which we appreciated! The apartment was perfect for our needs - a lovely kitchen with all the pots and pans anyone could want, a huge bathroom with lots of hot water, and a great shower. The breakfast we were given in the morning was mostly homemade and enough for 4, not 2! We would have loved to enjoy the pretty patio if it hadn't been for the mosquitoes.
The hosts kindly mentioned the lovely sunset right across the street.

Large,. comfortable space. Friendly and helpful host who provided lots of great local advice as well as fantastic baked goods from his bakery for breakfast. Supermarket, fruit and vegetable stand, restaurants, wine shops, etc within a couple blocks. Good location that is just far enough out of the historic center to allow free parking and a relatively easy drive in and out of the city but close enough for an easy walk to the historic center.

We stayed for three weeks for kiteboarding at Lo Stagnone.
Outstanding hosts. Ensured we had everything that we needed, Offered good recommendations where to go visit/eat. Great communicators.
Bedroom has air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment was spacious. Located in a quiet area about a 5 minute drive, 20-25 minute walk, from closest kiting spot. You will need some sort of transportation to visit grocery shop or cafes.
Everything was ok🙂 Cosy apartment, you have there everything you need. Very close to the kite spot - maybe 3 minutes walk. At the spot is bar, where are loud parties so it is better to have small distance like in this apartment because is quiet and you can rest in silence 😀
The apartment is great value for money, located very conveniently for kitesurfing holidays (as it is really close to many kitesurfing schools). It also has an exceptionally friendly and helpful host (Giuseppe)!

Apartment is very well equipped with all you need, nice lights everywhere to make you feel at home! AC in both living room and bed room!

And there are bikes to use which is very convenient to get around to the local bars.
You can park right outside so it is easy to pack your kite boarding gear. There is an outside hose to rinse you equipment!

Francesco was a great host! He was very helpful and left a nice basket of food and snacks for us upon arrival. The place was nice and clean. There was a spacious parking area inside the property for the rental car. The area was close to the kite beach via walk (app 5 minutes). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat nicely. The lower apartment has a nice spacious terrace and there is also a barbecue in the yard. Francesco was very friendly and easily reachable if needed. This place is highly recommended!
