Easy and exhaustive description via whatsapp, no waiting time for check-in and getting the key. Perfect solution for quick stop and go. Apartment was also very clean and the beds solution was already prepared for 4 people stay, no need to do anything. Shower large and comfortable. All necessary supplies were there and easy to find.

Nice apartment on a very convenient location of Arezzo. Just a few minutes walk from a free parking space, as well as from historic town center where many shops and good restaurants can be found. Check in was very efficient - entirely done online. First, a scan of a document was neded to be uploaded, then and a selfie was required for verification. After that, the owner provided a code for entering the building where keys to the apartment could be collected from a box. Apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

This apartment was wonderful, as was Paola, the owner of the property. THe apartment looks exactly as advertised, and has a totally remodeled look. The kitchen was fully equipped for our cooking, and coffee, tea and condiments wer provided. Both bedrooms were good size and each had sufficient storage space. THe bathroom was large enough with an incredible shower (gentle rain-beautiful!). Unlike some of the other apartments we have stayed in over the years, we had plenty of linens for our stay of about 3 weeks. In facr, when we had used some of our towels, a whole new supply was delivered. While we never met Paola in person, she frequently checked in with us to be sure everything was ok and we were not in need of anything. WHen we notified her that we did not have a drying rack, a brand new one was delivered with apologies. This is a wonderful apartment from which to navigate day trips throughout areas of Tuscany. I would highly recommend it and would definitely rebook this apartment if we return to Tuscany in the future.

The flat was renovated with sophistication and good design/aesthetic sense. Many of the original architectural features are retained while adding uodates and making the most of the natural light from the front door and high window. We enjoyed the many objects of interest and how well outfitted the flat is.
The owner was kind enough to let us leave our baggage and bike early, before the check in time.

Everything was nice quality and the bathroom was spacious and felt very new. It's a small space and probably not the type of apartment I'd choose for a longer stay as I'd prefer more space/facilties, but it was perfect for a short trip when you're out and about but want somewhere nice to come back to.
