Fabulous stay here for one night. Betty is a wonderful, welcoming host and gave good recommendations for things to do and where to eat. Room and bathroom spotless, very well decorated and so so clean. Bed was comfortable and it’s a great location to walk around Arbatax and port.

Riccardo was amazing host, he helped us with everything. There was even oil, salt and pepper and basic ingredients. Apartment was nicely reconstructed and you could park in front of apartment without any problems.

The property was a perfect size for a small family; it was very clean and furnished tastefully; above all it was really well stocked with dishes, cutlery and the addition of a few treats in the fridge (including a cool beer!) was a lovely touch. Tiziana was attentive and always available for us and the apartment is situated nicely - a short drive from all the best beaches.
The host was very helpful, we received a lot of information from him that made our stay easier! The cleanliness of the apartment was above average and it was very well equipped. The location of the apartment is good, easy to reach the beach. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back!
We liked it a lot last summer and came back also this year for our seaside vacation. We were not disappointed! Everything was great:

- excellent food and service at Sa Gana Restaurant (huge thanks to the amazing chefs Roberto & Giuseppe and their team)!
- Bellavista Spa (we enjoyed a series of massages by excellent professionals Carol and Paolo)!
- Lido di Orrì with its golden sands beach was only 10 min away, they brought us there on an inflatable boat
- Traditional Sardinian Evening on Saturday is a highlight!
Amazing atmosphere around the pool and in the garden. Our apartment was really large, perfect air-condition and cleaning service in the middle of our stay was really nice and surprising.

Greath penthouse, lots of space and light, excellent internet for work and netflix for the kids, xl beds, split airco in each room, all cooking gear you need, quiet location, Barbara even found a bike for us.
The apartment is clean and well maintained in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. There is a beautiful beach you can easily walk to in just a few minutes. Restaurants are also close by too.
The host is extremely kind and respectful. I highly recommend staying here!
