Absolutely fantastic place: breathtaking panoramic view, super cozy, tasteful interior and art, super comfy beds and ensuite bathrooms with fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen, very nice all-around balcony with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Everything feels, looks and smells soooo good at this place. Mamma Mia, a luxurious experience, really. Special thanks to the Lady who handed us the keys, showed us around, made sure we felt comfortable, and besides looking as beautiful as a fairy, was wearing super nice perfume.

The staff was nice and the apartment was well cleaned, no dust anywhere. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are also nice. Restaurants, coffeeshops and an EuroSpar is close by. If you want an apartment only to get back after partying till 3 am and just fall into the bed and sleep till the afternoon and/or you are the whole day on the beach this is a good choice. For the other guests I recommend you look for another place to stay.

We were welcomed by one of the nicest hosts I've ever met. She told us everything we had to know, recommended restaurants and entertainment options. She gave gifts both us and our children. Upon entering the apartment, you were greeted by a very pleasant smell, the entire apartment is characterized by elegance and cleanliness like a 5-star hotel. There are 3 air conditioners in the apartment, so the feeling of comfort is perfect. The location is excellent, there are many restaurants, gelateria, pubs, shops nearby, the popular pedestrian street is approx. 1 minute far on foot, the beach 6 minutes far on foot.
The equipment of the apartment meets all needs, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, balcony, television, hair dryer, mop.
I simply have to say, all in all, one of the best all-around accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, has tools for cooking ,making coffee and toast and fridge. Miss Ruth was very lovely and friendly and provided very understanding instructions for getting into appointment. Love this place and sure will come again 🥰
VERY quiet area, since there is no direct access to beach from this village. Its more of an port location. The actual apartment complex was maintained, pool in the middle was excellent and quiet too.
Immaculately clean apartment, everything worked, the host provided clear instructions on keys handling and handover. Very efficient. Location suited me perfectly, walking distance to the boatyard. A few restaurants nearby. Most people in Latisano/Lignano speak some english and good german and been very helpful.
