The host was so nice that he met us after midnight to hand over the keys after our flight had been delayed. The property is very nice, close to Mantova and Modena and Coop supermarket. There is a free parking lot just outside the house. The entry is almost barrier-free - there are only a couple of steps.

Cleanest and kindest place we have ever stayed.
We were invited in and had booked last minute and were treated as long time friends. It is right across the street from a great restaurant plus a quick walk to the grocery store. Has everything you need to cook a great meal. We were given cherry chocolates to try and delicious local wine.

It is very easy to get there from the airport with the public bus. The city center is easily reachable by foot (ca 3 km) or you can use the bus. There is a supermarket nearby. The beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable, air conditions are working fine. Kitchen is quit well equipped and you have everything you need there. There was prepared some food and drinks when we arrived. The host is very friendly and helpful, communication was easy. I can highly recommend this place.

The property was super clean and everything was as should be. It is a very comfortable apartment with all the facilities. Communication with the owner was super quick and we could agree on everything. Also, the owner took care of us during super early morning hours so that we would get to the airport on time.

The place was very large and close to the airport. The kitchen was clean and had all the equipment needed to cook for dinner. Also the jams and coffee for breakfast and water in fridge was a nice touch. Really loved also the shampoo and conditioner ;)

The owner take care very well. The apartment super good. It’s very near Gelato university. If you come to study here this apartment is the best choice.
I chose the apartment because of its proximity to the airport, but we were so so lucky to find this amazing place. What a nice, authentic way to experience Bologna and the area! The property is super well preserved, it’s a small green paradise and close to a town with amazing bakery, pizza places and the gelato university. It was the perfect way to explore Modena and the Ferrari museum too We would recommend it highly!
Apartment was situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to the airport. it was only a 10-15 min drive to the airport, conveniently close which was what we were looking for.
Parking is often scarce in Italy so I was pleased to be able to find ample amount of parking near by.
The owner was respectful and provided detailed , easy to follow information to find the apartment complex.
This apartment in located in a lovely villa in the stunning countryside of Anzola-Emilia. It was perfect for our week-long stay as we attending Gelato University. We were within walking distance of the university as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were so welcoming, and the apartment really is pristine and modern. We were able to sleep comfortably, cook in the kitchen, and do laundry. We felt right at home here.
