Amazing host, Fausto was very helpful and provided all information about the place. The kids (4yo and 8yo) loved the swimming pool and the house.
Fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen/main room, and upstairs ! Very helpful with the hot days.
Place is 20 minutes to Montepulciano/ Pienza. 1 hour to Sienna and 1h30 to Florence. It's in the border of Umbria and Tuscany - near a really nice lake.
We spent 4 nights and could not be more happy. Very relaxing place to spend summer holidays.

Perfect location! We were in Montepulciano to attend a wedding. Loved this scenic fortress-town! The airbnb was close to the Farina gate bus stop, the best restaurants and sandwich shops in town. Great separation of space (one bathroom for each of us!) Had AC, and lots of room to spread out. Added bonus was how responsive the host was to all my queries.

The apartment stunning! It felt authentic to the style/location, but with modern conveniences. It was stocked with pastries and coffee/ espresso to start our days. The location was great; not too far up the hill, and the views are spectacular!
Our host was always quick to return our requests.
I wish I could have stayed longer, and I will be dreaming about returning to the charming village of Montepulciano and having an extended stay in this lovely apartment.

As everyone else says in their reviews, Raffaele is a wonderful host, friendly, helpful, and a real gent. Location has wonderful views, is quiet, and lovely pool. 8 minute walk to the nearest vineyard for wine tasting, others also nearby. Just what we were after. Brand new excellent air con, good bed linen and excellent mattress. All kitchen utensils, Use of two BBQs. Hard to fault as a self catering destination. Obviously shared areas with other 6 units but everyone was respectful of others space and quiet. Great 👍

The backyard has a few sitting places with sunbeds, grill, toys for the kids... The location is great for someone looking for a place to charge the batteries. Our stay at Poggio Olivo was fabulous! We only stayed one night and wish we had stayed more. The pool and views were amazing. The apartment was very comfortable with air conditioning and cozy beds. Our favorite part was the host. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would recommend this stay to anyone!
