Looked exactly like the pictures! Beautifully designed/ decorated and comfortable cabin, very clean and well-maintained with a well-stocked kitchen. It was a nice touch having dressing gowns and slippers too! Even though it was snowy and cold outside we always felt warm and cosy in the cabin. We arrived by bus from Reykjavík (with a bit of planning and luck!) and could easily walk to the nearby supermarket, geothermal park etc as well as going on a nice hike to a geothermal river.

It was such a lovely place to stay at! We went during the winter and it was always a highlight at the end of the day to get back to the warm little house. It is fully packed with equipment, you can find pretty much anything you might need in an apartment. It is one big open room with one bathroom opening from there and it was absolutely perfect to heat up, drink a hot tea and sleep, we loved it.

Our two-day stay at Golden Circle House was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is easily accessible, with groceries and shops nearby, which made everything convenient. The house has all the necessary amenities, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. We were also lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from the property, which was an unforgettable experience. We definitely recommend this stay!

A beautiful apartment not far from Road 1, very quiet and secluded, even though it is near a farm area. We arrived in the dark and had some difficulty identifying our apartment, but the owners were very kind and helpful in guiding us. The room was tidy, clean, and well-equipped. We had some problemas with the lock which was very hard to close. We slept in the most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in our lives!
