For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
What an amazing space! We couldn't tell what it used to be, but it had a coffee shop vibe with really high ceilings and fun decorations, including an inflatable ball suspended from the ceiling for the teenagers to swing on. There was lots of space to spread out. It was a great place for our last night together before our group split up to go different ways.
A really nice little guesthouse. The room, furniture, and bed linens were in good and tidy condition. The shower had hot water, and the bathroom was adequate for a short stay.
The breakfast had a nice variety of both savory and sweet options, and in the evening, residents had access to a kettle and microwave.
Definitely a place worth staying if your travels take you to this part of Iceland.
Very practical and easy self check in.
Well equipped little flat. You have everything for yourself, no shared spaces. The bed/mattress is surprisingly comfy, I slept like a baby :)
Plenty of parking spaces.
The location is excellent, easy to find and close to the town centre.
Among all the reviews, when it comes to this apartment, I must first mention the warm-hearted hosts, who made us feel the warmth of home during our journey. Not only that, but the interior design of this apartment is undoubtedly one of the most thoughtful among the many apartments and hotels we have stayed in. The yellow exterior is also pleasing to the eye and leaves a lasting impression. In conclusion, this is a highly recommended apartment to stay in, and we look forward to staying here again next time.
Wasn't expecting a private cabin/studio apartment (#1). Cosy, clean, with kitchen. Kids loved, the loft upstairs.
Natural view- large rocks.
Great location, close to port town on edge of a peninsula with lighthouse. Wonderful cafe in town serves some vegan options.
Amazing loft and very nicely decorated apartment. We cooked very nice dinner with gas stove in a spacious kitchen. Location is nice with only short walk from the harbour and the restaurants. Bedrooms were nicely dimmed and nightlessnight was not a problem. Highly recommended to stay in here!!
