This apartment was undoubtedly the high point of our trip. Some have reported that it was hard to find, but with a GPS it was easy enough. c. 10 minutes from swimming pool.

We absolutely loved our here ! Amazing location with lovely views from each window. Even though the apartment was attached to the main house- it was still completely private. The neighbour was extremely friendly & helpful as was the owner with any queries we had. The apartment is renovated, beds extremely comfortable as is the whole apartment. Previous comments by others mentioned the water being smelly however we did not find this.
We would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Iceland.

Originally we booked an Apartment without Kitchen, Couple days before we asked what was in the area for food and of a kettle or microwave was included, The host upgraded us to a Cottage with a full kitchen. At the back there are flats and behind is lots of woodland great in winter to sledge down.. The snow was deep! Will be good in summer lots to explore.
Very clean apartment with much space for a couple with all the luggage. Comfortable bed/pillows, fully equipped kitchen and a large private bathroom as well. You can self check in with the key located in a key box with 4-digit code. Thanks for the experience!
This guesthouse offered close to everything we needed. It had a large size room, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and great kitchen facilities and dinning area. The set up is perfect for self catering. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the horses. We didn’t meet the owners but the checkin process was very clear. It was raining and the separate entry way area for wet shoes and coats helped keep the rest of the house dry and comfortable.
We stopped here for one night on our way from Akureyri to Snaefellsness. The apartment has everything for a short stay. In the morning a couple of sheep and a cat even came to visit. For more than one night it would have bothered us that all beds were in one room.
