Initially, we found the venue difficult to locate however it was, in my opinion, it is in the best location of Reykjavik. The apartment is large, modern, clean and warm. The view from the bedroom window was scenic. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and oven with ceramic hob all in great working order.
Set in a preserved historic house, this accommodation is located in the old town and is a 13-minute walk of Hallgrímskirkja Church in Reykjavík.

A very nice room in a shared, cosy flat. Fully equipped kitchen with delicious coffee. We arrived in the middle of the nights due to our flight, and there was no problem to check in.

Additionally, the very nice hosts told us about the attractions available in the area. definitely the best place we stayed in during our stay in Iceland (and we were in 10 different places)

The apartment is clean, managed and well taken care of. The parking space is big enough. The environment is calm and clear.
The apartment has 1 bathroom to be shared among 4 rooms. All the 4 rooms are sometimes occupied. This can cause an issue for some people to get late. We were there for 2 nights. For us it wasn't a problem because only 3 rooms were occupied including ours.
The heating wasn't adequate but the owner tried his best to increase the water temperature as much as possible. In the end it was manageable.
Amazing flat with all what you need,including wash machine and dryer.Kitchen was fully equiped and in fridge was great present-juices,butter,jam,milk and cheese 😍also information we got from owner about Akranes's area was great! One of the best accomodation where we were during our 14 days trip in Island!
definitely one of the best guesthouses in iceland. just two sleeping rooms, so not crowded with guests, and an entire apartment at the guest's disposal !! huge bathroom, entrance and living room, extra furnished kitchen, even a washing machine is available in the cellar and bicycles. All very clean and neat. The hosts, cherry on top of the sweet cake, exquisite persons, very helpful and extra nice.
