We only stayed for one night and left early next morning. The best thing was the caretaker boy who received us and helped us with our needs. The entire floor with 2 rooms and one kitchen was given to us. The rooms were big and had A/C. The drawing room was large and had TV and sofa. The TV was smart TV and we could connect using our credentials for watching HotStar. WiFi connectivity was good.
The owner was also in constant touch on phone to ask for any needs we had.

It is a simple spacious apartment and don't expect a hotel kind of flashy environment. It is like staying in your own home. One point.. The location shown in booking.com is not correct. You have to follow the location sent by the guest house.

We stayed for 6 days there and I would say this is very good apartment, it is very close to all beaches and locations this apartment has all the facilities like kitchen, television, wifi geyser.

Coming to the rooms, it was spacious. It is a 1bhk flat with 2 washrooms. Air conditon is also there.

The flat that was given to us was really clean and it seemed really modern. there were many facilities given to us, and almost all of them worked really well. The house locking system was top notch. The host/caretaker of the apartment was professional, he was able to answer all our queries even though we had a language barrier. He helped us with tourist destination which really helped our stay in vizag.
