I recently had the pleasure of staying at TATA Rio De Goa (Goodstay) apartment in Goa, and it was a fantastic experience. The flat is very well maintained and easily accessible. The location is a plus point as it's near to the airport and hardly takes 10 min to reach. All basic facilities are available at flat like induction, kitchen equipment, toiletries, air conditioning, etc which makes it an ideal stay if travelling with family.

It was in a lovely leafy suburb. The room was on the top floor with French windows overlooking the pretty houses opposite. The room was spacious with a big fridge and ac and fans. The owners were available via WhatsApp and they lived on the ground floor. It felt safe being a single female guest.
