Everything was upto the mark. The location, room , etc etc.

It's a beautiful villa right in front of the beach. The place is very rustic and extremely peaceful.

The property is close to Krishna temple and below is my review based on personal experience staying with family
1. Location and space of the 1 bed apartment is awesome
2. Living room and kitchen is spacious
3. AC works well and keeps the room cool
Well maintained and clean. Caretaker/Attendant was helpful. Flat well laid out with all basic facilities. Equipped with washing machine and fridge and all basic utensils in kitchen. RO provided for drinking water. Both bedrooms are equipped with AC , would have been better to have an AC in hall too.
We recently booked this service apartment and upon arrival, we got a very friendly welcome from Serah and her dad.

Very clean apartment in a quiet locality . All amenities like, gas, fridge, water purifier, power back up and utensils provided. Ideal for ywo three days stay.
This was the best accommodation we’ve had in India and many other places too. We would rarely give a 10 but this deserves it. The apartment was large and clean and bright with a full kitchen. It was on a very quiet street that was close to many restaurants and the temple. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They got us an auto rickshaw at 6 o’clock in the morning to go to bus station.
It is an average 1 bedroom apartment .the kitchen has refrigerator, water filter, gas , electric kettle and utensils.The attendant staff Rakeshis very approachable and helpful.The place is walking distance to Krishna Temple and a restaurant is close by if you want a quick bite.
Spacious, comfortable , cleanly maibtained, good ambience.. All facilities available.in flat. Location is convenient and easily accessed . Apartment building is also nice. Beautiful green view from balcony. Overall a very pleasant and highly satisfactory stay The caretaker, Ms Malathi was very cooperative and amiable.
