It is very bogus hotel. I booked here for my stay well in advance and got booking confirmation from the hotel over a call. When I reached there during night for the accommodation, they told you don't have booking at this hotel and all the rooms are full. I was travelling with family and there were small kids with me. It was horrible experience. Don't believe these peoples. They will give away the rooms based on the demand and charge heavy amount irrespective of the advance booking. Never ever in my life I am going to book hotels on booking.com. Very horrible experience. So, one who is booking the stellar homes be careful.

Food is good and tasty. Location is good as it is on the highway itself. Apartment is spacious and fairly clean. 24 hours hot water available. Room service is good.
I had an awesome stay at Two Seas Residence in Ooty! The 2BHK furnished apartment was super comfy and had everything I needed. It was clean and spacious, just like home.
The food was delicious and tasted like home-cooked meals, which I really appreciated. The staff were super friendly and always there to help with a smile.
I only stayed for one night, but it was totally worth it. If you're heading to Ooty, you should definitely check out Two Seas Residence!
In the end it turned out to be a good experience but initially it was a rough path, since the caretaker was rude and letting us know that he is not at all comfortable with dogs staying even though it was marked as pet friendly ( called and checked and confirmed with the owner for the same)
Nothing to be liked in the property. It's a pathetic apartment which is so dirty. The sofas in the living room are all stained and dusty. The kitchen is horrible, stinks and all dirty. The curtains have never been cleaned or washed.
Reception staffs are very excellent in behaviour and attitude. Rooms are very cleanily kept. The studio flat which I stayed do not offer any good views. The landscape ,gardening, flowers 🌹 is so so awsome . They have may kids activities . Food is very delicious, breakfast is excellent
