We came for the state tournament and hardly stayed in the room during the day. Cosy bed. The room was small and the table and placement of cot ..made it a little uncomfortable to move around. Opening the wardrobe was not easy as the table and Tv self made it difficult to move.
There were multiple big roaches and its poop was lying around and the room was not cleaned in the early morning 1:30 am check in of 7th nov.
Another problem is that the door cannot be opened full as it touches the wash basin.
There was no toiletries or dental kit ..only used shampoo and shower gel was kept.
I was charged Rs 25 for an extra water bottle
The door lock from inside was jammed most of the time.. it was getting stuck.
I also paid extra for early checking and late check out...of Rs 1400.....considering the stay it was not worth it.
The bedsheet was having stains.
For myself and my daughter on the 1st day we were given just one bath towel which was asked the next day.
Overall it was not a great experience but ok.

Very nice and modern apartment, fully furnished, well maintained, close to Thrissur town but free from all the city noise/disturbances. Enjoyed the stay. Pleasant experience.
Went to this place with a friend and we were two ladies travelling and it was a short stay.
Our overall experience was superr amazing. The owner is very humble and guided us very well in terms of locating the place.
Special kudos to the care taker "Mithun" of the place. He is really sweet and assisted us whenever we needed any help.

The apartment we booked for 3 people was actually big enough for 2-3 families. It was very clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay, including a washing machine and spacious fridge. Even clean drinking water was provided, along with cutleries and essential supplies for cooking. The host was thoughtful enough to maintain the garden outside also very clean and well manicured. I would totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable homely stay at thrissur.
Great location with lot of dining options nearby, very close to main market and just few meters from supermarket. Apartment in excellent condition, sparkling clean with all the facilities including washing machine and iron. Very kind and helpful staff. Great value for money.

In bathroom we found condom cover and on bed full of hairs..
Bedsheets were not clean...smelly...no towel no soap. Repeatedly asked for one and got. No ac.... Bed was smelly...
