Living amongst the cardamom plantations. Ample amount of space, in + around. Amazing star-gazing spot. Rooms are spacious for bachelor parties/ friends gathering ONLY. Also, book only if you have 8-10 people going together, otherwise it's going to get pretty isolating. Good proximity to Anchuruli. Breakfast was nice too.

We spent two amazing nights at Lush Acres! The room was clean, new and beautiful. We particularly loved the lofted reading nook, which provided a great view of the tea plantations across the street. The staff were very friendly and super helpful in arranging things such as taxis and meals.

When i checked in, the ladies at Reception were very welcoming, kind and offered up plenty of information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms are more like a 1 bedroom apartment than a hotel suite, they are quite large and spacious.
The rooftop pool was a delight, the surrounding views from up top were magical and having the pool to yourself was awesome during the day.
Loved our short stay at this beautiful resort in Thekkedy. Walkable distance from the Periyar national park and the market! The owner Mr. Ramakrishna was extremely kind and helpful. He arranged so many activities for us like Elephant ride, Kalari martial arts and Kathakali performance. The surrounding greenery made our stay more pleasant. Would love to visit again!
The gardens were fabulous, exceptional! Loads of on-site activities. Complimentary cooking demonstraction was excellent and complimentary Tea/coffee in the gardens. There were many other cultural activities available which we did not see due to our short stay.
The house and surroundings of the home stay are beautiful. We enjoyed the personal and low key tour through the spice gardens by George and learnt a lot about the plants of the region. As we left early in the morning, it was very thoughtful to have sandwiches and coffee ready for us at that time. We enjoyed our short stay at Coffee and Pepper a lot and would love to stay longer next time.
Nothing but praise for this homely homestay;
