First of all the apartment was clean and Mr Jerry is a very good host he has been coordinating with us even though he was out of town. In a place like goa it's all scam goes on starting from your stay booking renting a bike everything but Mr Jerry has been so helpful for us since our check inn was early n check out was out he has sort out our issues didn't even ask for extra payment. I would really appreciate the team & Mr Jerry also recommending this property to anyone who is looking for budget friendly stay in North goa go for this property. Trust me you will love the place!

The people running the operation are very professional. I was able to check in early and the guys were there to hand the keys over and give me some information. Very helpful.
Good communication regarding cleaning. Everything was clean.

Two bathrooms with geyser and two bedrooms with AC. Fan in every room. Good security, grill on windows and doors and bolts. Everything worked. Good WiFi.

I liked everything abt the room, its more like a complete apartment. Host Raj was very good. The caretaker David was very attentive and was always ready to help us, we booked this apartment for the sake of thalassa, and as it is mentioned it is just 3 mins away from this location to thalassa. The rooms are very spacious and they come with fully functional kitchen. Had a very pleasant stay would surely recommend others. Ohh yes they have parking facility too.

The studio we had was very comfortable, all facilities you would expect for self catering, exceptional touches such as a 10 litre water flagon, soap, tooth brushing kit, washing up facilities, etc. Very close to centre of Siolim. Large roof terrace with plastic chairs and a table. Artificial grass area for those who wish to sunbathe.
it’s like a 5 star self catering resort , it’s quiet. every room has its own balcony and it’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . the kitchen is even equipped with a washing machine . all furniture inside the unit is beautiful and comfortable . modern lifts
give easy access with only 4 apartments per floor . beautiful clean pool , gym and clubhouse area
