It's an absolute spotless heaven. My stay was for only one night as a part of the break journey to return home, but, all my family members were so happy and delighted we wished to stay here for longer tenure in future. The huge living space including every necessary kitchenware was clean of a single dust and ready to use. Even tea/coffee ingredients were kept ready as a welcome gesture. The owner of the space Aniket an educated young boy is always eager to help and resolved all our requirements. The locality is a safe and posh area of the city which was my primary objective for a safe and peaceful night stay. Definitely recommended for any family to select this stay at BJP/Siliguri area.

Food was superb we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast and even the hospitality by Meena and her husband Deepak was so warm and genuine.
The apartment was clean and beautiful we enjoyed every moment of our stay there and definitely plan to visit next time too….
The studio room was really nice ,with good interiors and spacious enough lobby . The resort environment is quite good ,swimming pool is well maintained.
The only thing they are lacking is food ,its not there where it is expected to be ,didn't enjoyed the food in terms of taste and quality both needs improvement.
Rest all was really good staff was really helpful and overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back .
This was our second stay at the Loft, having used it both before and after our trip to Darjeeling. An excellent stay again, would definitely recommend the Loft Hotel to other travellers
The hotel is in the main market with lots of hustle bustle around till late evening. The property doesn't have the lift for upper floors and there is no kitchen/restaurant within the property. However, room was good with effective air conditioning and good internet connectivity. it's a good place for short stay.
Sumit is a great host. We reached his property before check-in time. Since the room was not ready because there was another guest. He offered us tea and snacks at his home. We are really glad that we found this apartment at booking.com. The place is 2 kms away from the station, so it's very convenient to travel. The owner also offers pickup and drop-offs to the station, which we availed. It's located a bit away from the main road, so away from all the noise. The room was large enough for three of us, and the common space had good amenities to share. They also provided internet connection. Breakfast was simple but scrumptious. Overall, a very good place to stay over if you have short stay plans.
The host is very experienced, friendly and made us feel at home. We have loved the apartment and enjoyed the comforts of home for a 9 night stay. I would recommend this homestay for westerners as the host has many years experience in hotel business and understands our needs. The apartment is very beautiful and peaceful. There is a small shop within a short walk.
The apartment is located at the centre of Siliguri. It is convenient to access all the major spots. We felt like home, the place was clean and had all the amenities listed. There is also option to cook your own meal as there were utensils. The host was friendly from the beginning. He kept on coordinating through phone call.
