The property is brand new. Lobby was excellent with a big flat screen TV. We relaxed out there watching some movie. Room was beautifully designed with nice color combination. Extra bed was provided as requested. Owner was a very nice man and helped to lift the luggage to the first floor. Large windows in the room overlooking the mountains and you can view the sun rise from the mountains so nicely. Overall a very good stay
