nice 2BHK Appartment in a quiet, safe area. The Appartment was exactely like it was shown on the pictures (we made a lot of other experiences in India...). Recommendable for 3-4 persons. Good Wifi connection. It has everything you need for your daily live like washing machine, water heater, fridge, etc. Supermarket, Bank, Veg restaurant (Sheetal, very recommendable!), everything is in the near area. Local Buses stop at the street in front of the house. If we come back to Panaji we would stay there again! We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay in Goa, thanks to our amazing host. The host, along with her husband, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit.
My mother-in-law fell ill during our stay, and the host was incredibly helpful and attentive. She provided homemade meals specially prepared for her, which was greatly appreciated. Her husband also assisted my father-in-law in obtaining necessary medications, showing genuine care and concern.
The apartment itself was lovely, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. All the facilities promised were in place and well-maintained, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable.

Right from checking in to checking out everything was smooth and the host was very kind and supportive to us, Anysia was vey helpful she helped us with goa taxi and rental cars. Her mom was present at the house and she was ready to help whenever we in need of something . Will definitely stay here every time I visit goa.
It's a home-like experience. It has all the comforts of a home, from an electric iron to an induction cooker. This is a fully air conditioned 2 bhk apartment. The apartment is spacious with 3 tv's including 60' tv. Very clean and hygenic. A very happy place to stay. Liked it very much.
The staff - Shiva is such a gem of a person. He is sooo helpful and hands on. He helped us with getting rain coats and our scooty's tyre was flat he went out in the rains and got the puncture guy. Bargained for us. Helped us so so so much. Such an asset he is.

This property is exceptionally well-situated, offering easy access to both northern and southern Goa. It is a charming and little apartment that provides a luxurious experience.
Overall cleanliness was good. Very convenient for family with small kids or infants. Apartment was spacious well furnished including the ACs , Geysers , TV, refrigerator, microwave , Wi-Fi, washing M/C etc. Pooja enclosure / room was conveniently placed in the apartment. However, we did not require the furnished items except for the Geyser & ACs.
Location is bit isolated but the apartment facilities were excellent. They had washing machine which was very helpful and one can also order food from zomato.
I had 2 meals at the hotel and to my expectation it was superb. Most importantly Mannan at the front desk and The resturant Manager were extremely helpful. Mannan Guided me to all the right places both within the hotel and outside too. Short stay but would certainly return back due to these 2 gentlemen and overall experience.
