Very clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner and television were both in working order. A mini fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold. Calangute beach is a 5 minute walk by the back road. All the shopping is also a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. Staff were excellent, especially Rosie and Ajit.

I had booked homestay for the 1st time. Was a little apprehenssive in the begining. But the moment I reached there, my all apprehension vanished. No difference between what is shown online and what is really available.Location is perfectly in between Bagha beach and Calaungute beach. Property is neat and clean with all amaneties suitable for 2 families or 1 large family. All utensils for self cooking is available. Goa' best sea food restaurant " Fat Fish" is just walking distance. One can enjoy swimming pool also, which is well maintained by society.Most important Sanjit the owner is superb host. I booked this property as a tourist and in return got a wonderful friend.. Value for money. Worth it. Go for it.

Recently I visited this apartment with my friends, it was a great experience. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The host is very cooperative and helpful. We would highly recommend this property, and would love to visit again.
Mr.Leslie the host was exceptional, he helped us with literally everything right from bike rentals , to some spices for our food. He kept checking on us if we needed anything. The property was nice , rooms were cozy
The studio apartment was very large and spacious. It was in close proximity to a pool and activity area of the apartment complex which also added to the whole experience. The staff was available to clean the apartment on a daily basis. The apartment was also very tastefully done up and kept in great condition. Parking was also available within the complex. The staff was also very helpful and courteous. Had a peaceful stay.
