It’s brand new and location is great . The food was good , the f&b staff were very accommodating . We took the buffet and found the spread inadequate , on letting them know they made extra starters and apologised as the menu was too sparse and promised to curate soon . Thumbs up to right attitude 👍
I booked 3 bedroom house and booking was accepted but owner said 3 BHK option is not available due to over stay of previous guest. She gave me option to shift into her newly constructed 1 BHK flats. Since my requirements were 3 Bedroom I had no other option left but to take 2 units of 1BHK on higher price. It was really frustrating on negotiations and still paying high price. It was certainly a worrying experience of not getting what you are opting.
Paid high price for two 1BHK unit but overall property was well ventilated and comfortable.
The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and located in a great neighborhood. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend OTEL.
Even After multiple call, there was no response from owner and apartment had no electricity. I had to book new hotel at the same night.
It was horrible experience and I warn others to be careful, if they are booking this apartment.
I Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful specially Vinu & Mam . The flat was very neat and clean. All rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Excellent location go for this property for long stay value for money
