The stay was very comfortable. The owner-Mr. Johny was just one call away for all our needs. The rooms and washrooms were exceptionally clean. You can trust me blindly on this. Ashvem beach was just a 5 mins walk from our place.

The place is amazing. The location is great, super markets are nearby. The beach is in 5 min walking distance.
Paola is a great host, everything was as per image. The small kitchenette was perfect and filled with necessary items along with a fridge.
Drinking water was available all the time, which was rare in this part of goa. We were even allowed to extend the stay till 5 pm, although the normal check out time is 12 noon.
Will highly recommend this place.

The stay is at the beach , 1 min walk.Beach was cleaner than rest and lots of privacy. The place is overall quiet and nice for a short stay.The property is new so it is clean and value for money.
It was high tide so we were not able to stay on the beach but if someone wants clean room and easy access to beach in Ashwem then this place is good.

A wonderful boutique hotel with apartment rooms and wooden cottages, beach facing the sea with sun loungers. The room was clean and furnished and the staff were helpful. Karthik the owner’s son was very accommodating. I was pleased with no disturbances around the property. I will be back some day
We came at the end of the high season, so Silent beach was really silent except for waves and that was great! The penthouse is fabulous with a spectacular view! For the 2 rooms on first floor I would recommend the one with 2 windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was alone and needing rest, asked for a quiet room and was placed next door to the studio which had loud music from classes early and late each day. Not relaxing at all.
Spent 4 nights in apartment, wi:fi signal was good, hot water pressure nice, room was clean and big for family stay 👍🏽

Jolene's was a really nice self contained studio flat to stay in. The bed is comfortable, the shower is strong, the kitchenette has all you need, and the patio is a nice place to sit and drink a tea :)

There is a small supermarket 1 minute walk away and Ashvem beach 2 minutes away.
You are also a short drive to other beaches too.
It’s a beautiful, spacious studio apartment with all the amenities. The host has taken care of small details - keeping a first aid kit being one of them. Lots of natural light and greenery around. Very calm and peaceful locality. At the same time it’s very close to the market, the beach and the cafes. Would definitely stay here again.
It was very spacious apartment, we were upgraded to 2 bhk flat by paying a minimum extra amount. Its a huge flat. there were electricity fluctuations but we managed. Location is also good. Overall nice experience. Thanks
