Apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The owner was lovely and welcoming. Restaurants near by are great food. Beach is around 30min walk. The pool was clean and tidy and was lovely on a hotter day. Very peaceful at times as off a main road. Will come here again.

It's a quiet and safe location. The apartment has 2 airconditioned bedrooms, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen with all necessary appliances. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. On our arrival we were offered a lift to get things we needed which we of course appreciated. Near the site there are a few spots to rent a motorbike which we would highly recommend to do to explore numerous nearby clean sandy beaches and have a quick access to food shops which are located at some distance. We recommend the site.

The apartment is perfect for short and long stays, whether for work or for pleasure. The room was comfortable, the facilities excellent and I felt totally safe and at home. There was an option for breakfast and it was delicious.
Loved the place and the hospitality. Charming hosts, very thoughtful. Joe and Linda and their family are super hosts and very mindful. They are eager to help out by guiding you to the best places to shop, eat and visit. The apartments have everything you need - kettle, toiletries and ample space. We will surely be visiting them again. Location is brilliant.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable rooms, welcoming and kind team. The Spice Studio restaurant is a highlight, and had the privilege to attend a cooking lesson. The entire resort is a magical self contained, very well run haven. There is a car to drive the guests to the beach, however the pool was clean and much more pleasant.
Had a very nice stay here. The apartment is really pretty and clean and only 30 minutes from the dabolim airport. The interiors are practical and I adored the flooring ! What makes the place exceptional is Linda aunty ! She took so much care of me and was kind enough to pick me whenever I needed help. A true value for money.

Brand new property . All things fitment installed are branded. It's quite fresh property and stay, Super spacious like 1 bhk apartment ,well lit so many led lights in living area effective and comfortable AC,
Special mention for wooden bar chairs they are like sofa even being bar chair they are super comfortable.
Very close to Majorda beach and local restaurants; spacious apartment with great facilities (washing machine, stove, etc); apartment was very clean during check-in.
The place is very well maintained and clean. I took one Studio apartment and another One bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable. The staff is also very courteous and co-operative. Also the location is quite central. Very near to all good beaches in South Goa. It was good value for money.
